If you do not see your insurance plan here, it means that I am Out-Of-Network with your insurance plan. If you have a PPO insurance, you may use your out-of-network benefits. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with forms that you will need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement after you have paid for your session. Your insurance company may send you a check for a certain percentage of the fees you paid for your session.
